Prof. Thomas Gronert is Head of the Department of Digital Film Design – Animation/VFX at MD.H Mediadesign Hochschule in Munich.
His teaching activities focus on the fields of 3D computer graphics and short-film storytelling. As managing director of Missing Link Software Solutions GmbH, he is also involved in numerous media productions and software development projects. Thomas has been a major part of the animago since 2010, most prominently as the person responsible for programme development and speaker selection.
In his free time, he is a passionate football coach as well as a tennis and table-tennis player.
