Günter is a graphic designer and freelance editor who grew up in Hamburg, Germany. Since 2004 he also started in photography. He's been involved in organising and managing the animago AWARD since it was first launched in 1997.

Melanie Beisswenger

Melanie Beisswenger has animated almost all around the world and in different animation styles and formats, occasionally also directing her own short form projects.

Alexander Bouquet

Chief Production Officer
Jung von Matt/NECKAR GmbH, Germany

Alexander Bouquet works as Chief Production Officer in the internationally acclaimed agency JUNG VON MATT. He started his career at Mackevision, then worked for RECOM, and finally arrived at JUNG VON MATT, headquartered at Hamburg. These agencies formed his focus on the automotive sector.

Maggy Fischer

Head of Postproduction
Neverest GmbH & Co. KG, Germany

Maggy Fischer is heading the NEVEREST postproduction department since 2013. After graduating with a master degree in economics at the LMU Munich she started her career in the media business.

Mirja Fürst is editor for the magazine Digital Production (DP) and also the editor in charge of animago online and the special print issue.

Robert Hoffmeister

Milkroom Studios GmbH, Germany

Since 2002, Robert worked at Industrial Light & Magic as lead artist and sequence supervisor for many films including Pirates of the Caribbean 2, 3 and 4, Rango, Harry Potter 4 and 5, Indiana Jones 4, Mission Impossible 3, Star Wars Episode 2 and 3 and many more.

Elisa Krenz

Graphic and Motion Design
Freelancer, Germany

Elisa Krenz studied Multimedia Virtual Reality Design at the University of Arts and Design “Burg Giebichenstein” in Halle. After graduating in 2009 she moved to Munich and worked as a freelancer ever since.

Rolf Mütze

VFX Supervisor
LAVAlabs, Germany

Rolf Muetze studied Visual Communication in Münster and Computer Arts at the Academy of Arts University in San Francisco. In 2004 he moved to London to work on the Walt Disney animated feature “Valiant”.

Juri Stanossek

VFX Supervisor
Mackevision Medien Design GmbH, Germany

Juri Stanossek was born on March 25, 1969 and started his career in 1994. After gaining initial experience with 3D visualization and visual effects in industry, he went freelance as a digital artist and compositor.

Dominik Zimmerle

Visual Effects Supervisor
TRIXTER Munich, Germany

Dominik Zimmerle is a Visual Effects Supervisor at TRIXTER Munich. His most recent projects include "Ant-Man" and "Independence Day: Resurgence".

Daniel Curio

Daniel Curio studied law in Freiburg and Bordeaux. After completing the Second State Exam in 1998, he started his career in the Bavarian Ministry of Economy´s New Technologies department.

Marc Gegenfurtner studied Literature and Philosophy. He worked in different cultural sectors, e.g. Theatre, Publishing and Journalism. He also was political adviser in Berlin.

Pedro Ferreira is an Architect, Editor, Graphic and Concept Designer. As founder of Apparat-c in Seoul and Atelier Para in Portugal he is working with different architectural approaches. Both offices work interdisciplinary with studies and projects in South Korea, Portugal, Germany and China.

Sandra Hofmeister

DETAIL, Germany

Sandra Hofmeister is the editor-in-chief of DETAIL. She studied Architecture, Art History, Romance languages and Literature in Berlin and Munich.

Ralf Peter Knobloch - founder, director and head of design of the international operating design office Plan2Plus located in Munich, that realizes architecture - interior design - design as well as AR I MR I VR projects.

Peter Popp

DETAIL, Germany

Peter Popp has been an editor with the international architecture trade magazine Detail since 2011. For two years now he has been in charge of planning and implementing the new print magazine DETAIL inside.
