animago AWARD 2019 – These are the nominees!

The 30 nominees for this year’s animago AWARD have been announced. The award ceremony and the publication of the award winners will take place on 2 November in Munich.

On August 31, the animago jury met for this year’s evaluation of animago submissions. A total of 1137 entries from 62 countries were submitted to the contest – nearly 300 more than in the previous year. No wonder then that the election was very difficult again this year.

A big thank you goes to our sponsoring partner ARRI for the great hospitality and on-site support during the jury meeting.

And here they are: The best projects of the 10 categories and the associated videos as far as available online.

We keep our fingers crossed for all nominees and say our best wishes again. The award ceremony of the animago AWARD will take place on Saturday evening, November 2, 2019 in the Old Congress Hall in Munich. All well-deserved animago trophies will be presented to all winners.

If you want to be there, you should definitely secure a ticket.
